The Remuneration Committee has the task of addressing matters concerning salaries and other employment conditions, pension benefits and bonus systems for the President and the senior executives who report directly to the President, as well as remuneration issues based on principle. The Committee prepares these matters and then the Board makes decisions on proposals from the Remuneration Committee. The Remuneration Committee comprises Håkan Åström, Michael Shalmi and Raymond Hill. During 2010, the Committee was convened on two (one) occasion.
